So apparently I don't really get the whole concept of a budget. I've been shopping around thoroughly and bargaining and getting the best price I can for what I want... BUT!!! I didnt' really do this whole budget thing correctly. I am starting to FREAK out because I'm starting to add up everything and I don't even have everything accounted for and I'm a little over :( I'm really going to have to look over everything and figure something out. LWHOOPS.
