I received an email from the knot today reminding me that it's exactly 7 months til the big day! AHHHH! Where has all the time gone?
I immediately emailed our wedding coordinator to ask a few questions, emailed JMJ Rentals to let them know I am ready to move forward and sign a contract for our rentals and emailed a possible hair & make up artist for a test run. We booked our flights home for this summer June 16-21. I am hoping to get everything done while I am there so I really need to get my act together! Thanks to my mom & dad we were able to purchase one of our tickets using miles for this trip. Phew!
I also am still contemplating what to do about the fabric... is it really a waste of money for me to try designing my own? It just sounds so cool! I had a dream last night of the boys in lime green palaka printed shirts...so I went online this morning to try and find fabric but I can't find it anywhere :( My Aunty Yvonne is a good seamstress at home, so I emailed my cousin Amber to see if they had any idea where we might be able to find this fabric....if not, either gotta pick another one or design my own...
