I need to start saving for our honeymoon, so unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make any big purchases in the meantime, but... here are some of my faves from this spring's selection...
lovely little spring pastel dress from D&G...
it's quite possible I might wait for this one to go on sale and snatch it up then! I think it would look adorable with my stuart weitzman espadrilles! (pictured below)
i wore them to malibu winery for our faux valentines day celebration... cant' wait for the weather to warm up more so I can bust them out more often!
another cute dress from alice & olivia. Perfect for the spring!
loving this top by nanette lepore! I think it would look just darling with a pair of jeans to dress up an outfit!
love this alice & olivia top! The back is so cute!
loving these wink white eyelet shorts for spring as well... I am a sucker for eyelet! I have a number of tops and dresses-- but no shorts yet! It seems like this is a style that never goes out... (at least I hope so!)
loving this tory purse. I saved it on my wish list on bloomies, but I'm trying to keep my purse stash down since it's getting rather full! We'll see though, this one is definitely cute!
i love the colors of this shoshanna bikini... I think if they sold separates I might buy the top only though (unless they had other styles)...the bottoms look huge!
At $720, I don't think I'll be buying this Thakoon romper anytime, but i do have to say it's very cute! I love the gathers in the middle. I think that, along with the material, really dresses it up. I love rompers, but I will dedicate another post to that some other day!
I think this is a fun c&c maxi dress. I like the colors and it just looks like it would be a fun, casual one. Will definitely dedicate a post to maxi dresses soon too, I'm definitely addicted at the moment!
LOVE this!!! I purchased this at the beginning of the year from shop bop- prob sometime in January. Have yet to wear it, but cant' wait for a special occassion to don this one!
Words cant' express how much I love my new iphone case :)
Wasn't sure if I'd get one this year, but low and behold I received my VIP Nordies card in the mail! It's always a mixed feeling of: YES! Free Valet and NO, this can't be a good sign hahaha...
I bought this dress and was saving it for a special occassion... what better than the rehearsal dinner?! It's an Alice + Olivia and I absolutely adore it. I wore them with my sparkly CL's which matched perfectly. Unfortunately they aren't that comfy so I ditched them for barefoot on the grass style...
Alanna also had on a very sexy little Alice + Olivia number, and Becky had a cute one on too!
More fashion from the wedding week... I bought matching Quiksilver boardshorts for all the groomsmen and matching bikini's for all the bridesmaids... and yes, the boys posed like that allon their own though!
And yes, I may have gone a bit overboard, but how cute did we look?! Matching pink and green beach bags for the bridesmaids, pink slippers for the beach... and then...
matching polka dotted PJ pants... and tanks that Samantha (MOH) made for us- blinged out bridesmaids/ bride written on them. SO cute! We used them to get ready in the day of the wedding too!
Ok, I also got us all boxer shorts to wear the next day for prep time!
Just had to have these for the beach post-wedding... the slippers imprinted "just married" in the sand...and the bikini in pink and green rhinestones!
mrs. smith bejeweled in lime green on my pink bikini-- love!
Just took a little peek at all the new A&O stuff out... I seriously love it all! If I had a few thousand laying around I would totally buy...
I would literally like to wear each and every one of these!!!! If only.... especially that white one shouldered one, if I didn't already have too many white dresses for all my wedding "events" i think I would surely go for it! Alas, a girl can dream, can't she?!
What's my other love in life? Fashion! Clothes, shoes, bags... yes I admit I have a problem. I'm still trying to figure out if I want to really have this blog hahaha... but I was inspired by an old classmates one (Kristina Rau, formerly Izumi). She's so crafty and has such great posts, but I don't think I can live up to her standards- she could seriously be a model. I think I just look weird. Definitely don't know how to stand. Looking a bit stumpy here, I need to work on that. I was also inspired by a coworker who's going to UCLA grad school and is doing a project so has been asking me a bunch of questions about fashion websites. I was on gotryiton.com and loved the concept of it! Anyway, here goes...
